Updated BaseModel with new eyelashes.
Updated Face and Body Textures [New Skin Tone]
Updated Hair
Due to the hair swap, I've had to disable the skirt as there was no animations. Once the YCL tool is out for 2K24, I will edit Chelsea and re-add it back for everyone but in the meantime, its hidden.
Make sure you are using the latest tools.
Props are included to hide her skirt and update her hat during the entrance for fluid removal animation.

I may when she has an attire change but she's already been created by somebody else but whenever her gear changes up I will definitely do her :)
