Be sure to stretch daily!

Stretching can improve flexibility and helps with back pain!

Incase youโ€™re wondering , no I never have back pain. I honestly think thatโ€™s due to genetics considering everyone on my moms side had huge boobs and no back pain.

And no not nearly as huge as me. My great gma was a decent size though. I was her size about 3 years ago lol.

Make sure you stretch real good before any workout, so youโ€™re less likely to pull something in your body and promote that blood flow for your ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I find that doing daily stretches might improve your posture too. I mean Iโ€™m always unbalanced due to these heavy things I carry.

Some stretches I enjoy / incorporate from time to time.

I like to try balancing on one foot at a time for 30 seconds to a minute.

I can put my foot behind my head / on my shoulder , but donโ€™t do it a lot anymore due to my boobs.

I like to bend down and touch my toes while standing.

I also like to sit down , legs spread apart and really grab my toes. I feel the burn with this one , letโ€™s me know Iโ€™m doing it right.

Then Iโ€™ll sometimes roll my shoulders and put my hands on my back , lean back as far as I can without doing a back bend and stretch realllllyyyy good. Feels amazing!

Itโ€™s alright if you donโ€™t stretch! I donโ€™t judge, you do you. I enjoy stretching and wanted to give some insight into some benefits.

The past 3 years Iโ€™ve learned a lot about nutrition and fitness in general!
