It happens, right? XD
This was supposed to be some basic training for the inking, but I decided to explore again the shading with black solids + hatching. It's kinda closer to some *classic* comics inking I've seen here & there. I must say again I love this type of dramatic rendering. Still, it covers lots of details in the inking, the figure, like the beauty spots, the thin lines, etc.
To get it better, I share also the white background (and no dots patterns, I've been told it's not that tasty lol), and most important the inking alone, that shows all that's hidden with such shadowing work. Bonus for the smooth lovers: no hair variation!
Well, I guess I need to train again & again, haha! I'm still loving the cross-hatching shadows I perform in the NIMO comic, but I feel in my guts I can do much better. ;-)
