This battling happens in the 8th page of the 1st comic. As I didn't scan all the steps while drawing it, unlike the previous LUSTories, I can't show you the sketch & other stages BUT I did find 2 of the storyboarding process, including the tiny ugly full page back in the days, haha!
It's obvious I had a pretty clear idea of this panel, the posing, faces, etc. As far a I remember, it was visual in my head very early in the process, like way back in 2008! Now I see many flaws in this image, but it holds a very dear place in my heart.

There are flaws, indeed, but for the artist eye, hehe, you know we're never fully satisfied with our own work! I agree it's this panel's a winner anyway, I'm so glad you still love it :-) Thanks!
