[Info]Update on what's happening!

Hello again everyone, Farid speaking here.

We're organizing ourselves and making progress with our new 3 projects! That's right! 3 Projects!

One of them is going to be the biggest of all, Poketai! Spoiler for you all, it's going to be an open-world LOVESIM where you meet and date girls (and boys) around the city! The theme will be light furry, and in terms of systems, we've been working every day all day, and the interaction, status, money, and movement systems are already functional. There's even a test mini-city (a prototype that will be replaced with a higher-quality one).

That's the good news; the bad news is that the DEMO for this project will only be ready in a month or two... because we want to deliver not a complete game, but a good enough game that gives you an idea of what it will be like in the future. Also, it should be 100% modular so the team can add any object, character, and create any scene without difficulties!

Now, the second game... it's going to be an adaptation of an old project from one of our devs; it will probably be a top-down shooter with CGs in the middle. Since he's already working on it, it might be ready soon - or never, we'll know when it becomes playable enough!

Before we talk about the third game, an addition: as you can imagine, I, Farid, am the sole creator of the games and the head of everything that happens. But I depend on friends to produce everything I want to advance or can't produce alone - models, sounds, music, and everything else. However, nothing is free, and I pay for this effort, so I don't consider that I have a "team" yet. When I receive a monthly amount from donations and sales, I will consider starting a game development company. But for now, we are 6 - Farid, who is me and does everything from scripts to animations, scenes, models... Kirk, an indie game developer specializing in 2D games (RPG Maker), helps with playtesting and basic model and animation creation. He's learning how to create games with me, and we may work together as equals in the future. Dony is a programmer, professional illustrator, and modeler who helps us with the creative parts that limit us. The other 3 devs are already paid and don't participate in the main group; they do all the work only if they are paid. Having said that, I just wanted to update all the Patreons on how the development of the projects/animations works (especially because 3 people have questioned us about this).

Finally, we have something special for you all! Since the development of the first project is going to be tiring and time-consuming, even using assets from the internet, I decided to take my breaks from work (where I usually play and basically live) to give you a new game! It's still a secret what it will be, but it's currently 50% complete! I hope it bears fruit and brings more popularity to this main project we are working on! It will be a mini-project that will run on both PC and Android, so stay tuned for new updates, and see you in the next posts, everyone!
