CPD & BFC hate each other......well not hate but definitely compete against each other....do you know that the Mistress and Caterina speak often & even meet? They have a certain bond and more or so attack their property to get at each other more than attacking each other directly which would not work.
As for the other companies, Zuvic is still recovering from their failed incursion, STAR Corp can no longer off their insurance services to BFC...or CPD after the last disaster, Service Capital is a new company developed by a former Black Faction Commander & KTS while dealing with Zuvic managed to form a bond, united against the Black & Red clad forces.
So what do they offer for each other?

What do they have?
The weapons and technical expertise along with the network of Neon Dark buyers.
What they do not have?
Volumes of women to foot a bigger presence in the zone.
Star Corp
What do they have?
Advanced digital management systems for intelligence gathering & the most detailed, up to date spatial maps of Mallera-9.
What they do not have?
Antiquate combat unit training, adequate combat experience & combat capability. Also Volumes of women to foot a bigger presence in the zone.
Service Capital
What do they have?
The ability to raise large volumes of human capital from captured, recovered units or units taken direct from prison populations. Currently holding large quantities of combatant age women in stasis. (18 to 45).
What they do not have?
Weapons contracts, training systems, ORC implants, transport, facilities, combat experience or azologoth extraction experience.
KTS
What do they have?
Experienced combat units, advanced Azologoth extraction ability & new modern operating bases.
What they do not have?
Large volumes of women, weapons, transport.
