The alliance of other companies in the zone is resulting in a higher turnover of Combat Units.
However the splintering of the ranks into more specialised roles has had an positive effect on the quality of force application.
Less effective units can be placed into the Sublet Ranks to be hired out to contractors, which the alliance has been attacking more and more frequently.
The contractors are required to pay for protection services from Black Faction in the form of sublets, which is an effective method in protecting low value assets, engaging with mostly CPD and cutting into the larger more expendable ranks of CPD.
More effective units can be put into the HAU role or into the elite ranks for specialised missions.
The utilisation of the Standard combat units are now limited to patrols, azog searches, combat operations or base security.
The over arching application is to keep engagements to outer areas of Black Faction controlled territory, keeping areas closer to major bases lighter in numbers.
Therefor controlling to combative narrative of the zone to black factions favor.
