By and large the current tactics have proven to achieve the same goals as before
The goal is only to preserve territory that yields monetary gain while preserving their people is way down the list.
Will the gradual chipping away at Black Faction Stock prove a successful tactic by the Alliance?
Does this impact their numbers in the end?
If the rate of expenditure exceeds the rate of replenishment then yes.
