Sector Port West Operations.

Port West is one of the main locations where Neon Dark is Shipped off the island. Port West is held by Black Faction. The purple area is liquid earth that cannot be passed. The blue line going from the inlet to the transfer station  is part of the old experiment infrastructure to pump sea water to buffer radiation. Running North/South is a service road & beneath it is the collider tunnel, which is part of Mallera-deep & largely off limits due to high Azologoth activity. The Transfer station is used to move units, equipment &  Neon Dark between Export Doc West & the outposts. The outer squads are rotated in & out of the outpost Rotunda, the out post Rotunda are rotated with the Transfer Station & the Transfer Station units are Rotated with Secter Storage Facility.  Fresh units are shipped in & deployed from Export Doc West. A unit may finish training at 1700 at HQ, arrive to Export Doc west at 1900, processed & equipped by 1930 & find herself in an outer squad post by 2300, ready for action.

Examples of how CPD may decide to assault Black Faction when Neon Dark is in Transit between the Transfer Station & Port West. They may strike down through rough terrain, eliminating outer squad positions & carrying out an all out assault on the Transfer Station. If there is a quantity of Neon Dark Available for capture this option is viable. CPD losing 4 or 5 rotunda to capture 10s of billions of credit in Neon Dark is worth the losses. ....and the gamble. 

A lighter touch strategic approach would be to assault the Transfer station with 1 expendable rotunda with another 2 in support. This would tie up the outposts aswell as the transfer station. Assault the exchange point at the choke point between the two sections of liquid earth. Use a large force of perhaps 2 to 3 Cache, destroy the transfer forces, capture the Neon Dark & hold the choke point. Black Faction would more than likely respond irrationally sending a large portion of their forces to assault over liquid earth in an attempt to surround the CPD forces. Aswell as capturing Neon Dark, another possible outcome is to get Black Faction to expend as many of their resources as possible.
