Caterina wanted the empty concrete facility for the right cost....18 units or less, meaning if 18 units or less were expended to capture it then she wanted it...if they were all expended then the ROI doesn't make the case.....
So her last CPD unit needs to find a way to eliminate the last Black Faction unit without being taken out herself. She wants to tow the company line & ensure that she can take her out so that the mission was not a waste for Caterina.
The final Black Faction Combat Unit's orders are simple, eliminate everything there. She is in it until the end, no turning back & no giving up.
So both units hunt each other & both units are hunted.
