The command and control systems used by either company is solely aimed at improving efficiencies.
It thrives off the obedience driven by the ORC implant.
The combat units do whatever task is asked of them. In the realm of the Azologoth this is efficiency on steroids.
A mission of 30 units set out to extract Azologoth for a single days mission may yield the company Billions. 1 Day!
Command and control identifies potential threats, basically anything not giving off company ORC signal frequency gets attacked.

The Command control system will visualize data available transmitted to produce images to give commanders an idea of what is going on, they can also watch video feeds.
The Command control AI can operate autonomously but utilizes units in an inhumane fashion, even by Mallera-9 combat standards.
One example of such utilization was using units to gather data. It wanted to map an underground portion of the island which was underwater - it had 43 units scuba in carrying one extra tank each. When when every units 1st tank ran out, 21 of the 43 handed their spare tank to the other 21, then simply downed. This continued until the final unit had mapped the area with her transponder after a 13 hour total dive, where she then also drowned.

Command control systems identify enemy units by their ORC not being registered, they cannot extract information normally however because each ORC emits a unique signal they can actually assign a unit number and track enemy units.
For visualization they color the units body red

For certain operators who are not under ORC control or not significantly trained in combat but do operate remote weaponry, the Command control system can produce visualizations to further dehumanize the enemy combatants, automatically covering the eyes or even blurring their faces above the mask to make the task of eliminating them easy for the operator.
