What does it mean to eliminate?
Elimination is the destruction of enemy assets, or killing them.
But in this business we tend to use, softer, colder corporate language.
Assets the enemy uses to conduct business in the zone.
The eliminating of enemy assets or units reduces their capacity to perform business functions.
Eliminating enemy assets seen above that are occupying valuable territory frees up the territory for Black Faction Assets to move in & conduct business activity. Extraction of Neon Dark.
From the CPD perspective
The Units are expended.
What does it mean to Expend?
Expenditure is the destruction of your own assets, or units dying in service.
We tend to use colder language to commodity the Women.
Emotional impact is lost in translation to the higher ups and managerial staff.
" Lucy Saunders & Amy Smith were killed in a heavy fight" is too emotion driven .
"Two Units were expended in a Skirm with enemy forces".
"Further detail. Assets 901289B, 299374C were expended, replenish stock"
Losing assets or units results in loss of operational capacity,
However
In the long term, choosing to keep them there to "Operate until expended" or "fight to the death" can impact the enemy with elimination/expenditure.
More often than not, defending forces can impact greater expenditure than attacking forces.
Pulling 4 units out may let you keep the said assets to utilize later, however the opportunity for the 4 to take 4, 6, 8 or even 12 enemy units with them is sound business strategy.
The 12 need to be replaced, women need to be recruited, trained, transported ect.
This is why the companies seem wasteful.
They are not, they are brutally efficient.
