Admin Assistants work on a fly in fly out basis with 14 on 10 off cycle.
Hired through a rigorous recruitment process they have a wide variety of professional backgrounds from legal, medical, engineering and information technology.
Duties are shared between the roles and each 14 day cycle they are placed into a different task. This is to increase their skill set and expand their work ability.
Generally they are the ones who come up with much of the small level business strategy within the company and many of them move onto become managers.
Often they bounce between companies or move into work on the outside of Mallera-9..however they rarely find employment that pays aswell as Black Faction, CPD etc.
They are very high value targets for capture by other companies and therefor guarded with heavy security.
They possess business knowledge that is very sensitive and cannot fall into the hands of enemy companies.
Therefor Black Faction wastes no resources in protecting them.
If a Admin Assistant is under threat, High Command takes over and deploys everything they have to rescue them, they have fed Sublets, Standards, HAU's, Elites and even captains into the grinder to be eliminated just to rescue a single AA.
