Black Faction Chamber Guard Re=Purposing

In the past, high tier commanders, franchise owners or high level management units would utilize combat units (standards mostly) to conduct their personal dirty work.
Personal dirty work would be something like, sending the combat units to collect a personal items, take care of a personal vendetta or general henchwoman type work.
Now this was not costed into the operation expenditures of day to day business activities.
Some vendettas result in massive losses of standard combat units, with no monetary gain for the company.
The company sacrifices units on the regular and their demise results in financial gains. Its cold, calculated but necessary.
But the mistress still sees her power projection being a valuable component of her company, and scores of henchwomen turning up to make your day miserable is in those interests.
The mistress herself set up a new type of unit re-purposed from chamber guards. The units will be purchased from Black Faction by commanders, managers or franchise owners.
The units are selected at random from standard combat ranks. Retraining in required tactics and for certain skills is conducted at the expense of the purchaser.
Command,managers and franchisers cover the cost of the daily usage of the unit plus the replacement unit.
The units are then used as personal protection, hench work and other tasks.
Chamber guards will be removed from service.
