However mainly due to superior numbers. ...... but she is planning on doing the same with CPD
Fitting the units out with extra equipment to increase their "militarised" look
Packs have various pieces of equipment and supplies in them
the units are fitted with a side arm also.
Kandi is planning to increase numbers dramatically
Hoping to Swarm every Skirm with Black Faction with large numbers of CPD units
She is beginning to reduce the entry requirements
and circumvent training

"some of them just have to do the dying, training helps so much, but when it comes down to it, its if they are unlucky enough to be the first one in"
