But in retaliation Caterina has ordered the immediate liquidation of Soft Black Faction Assets.
Mainly patrol groups and sentries. The operation will begin to cause their forces to be on high alert
Possibly over loading commanders with tasks and also disrupting their hunt for Dione.
Caterina made it very clear.
Make every single Black Faction target pay, ensure they suffer, ensure they are completely expended.
