The BFC TempEx experiment

Shortly after the end of the Apex War with a large exit of experienced units , Black Faction needed to bolster numbers fast. 

With the large scale recruitment and training underway, they were set to enlarge with alot of inexperienced units.

The Mistress herself devised a plan to entice experienced combat units back. 

Short term bounty jobs on a pay per day + enemy kill basis.

Units would be housed at their own expense at Black Faction HQ awaiting direct combat support work where they would be deployed immediately to.

Each day on deployment the unit would receive a payment of 5000 CR plus an additional 50000 per enemy unit eliminated. 

They can stay in HQ for as long as they wish, however they pay into each week in advance by 1000 for accommodation, 200 for food and 150 for upkeep.

Chartered flights to the island with BFC contract carriers are over 3000 return & each unit is  required to pay this.

They purchase their own BDR for 1200 CR, ammunition at 1CR for 100 rounds, Gas at 5CR per fill.

Uniforms 30 each (typically one would buy 5 or 6) and boots 200CR (three pairs = 600Cr)

A unit can expect to bolster a patrol or secure an area atleast twice per month with heavy fighting a once every two to three months. 

So prior to arriving, the units plan to stay for a 3 month minimum. 

So totals look like

3000 CR travel

12000 CR Accommodations

4200 CR for food and upkeep

2500 CR for Weapon Gas and Ammo -

800 CR for uniform

TOTAL: 22500 CR buy in to be a temp ex

Units can expect to make a 30 000 with experienced units scoring atleast 1 kill, so profiting close to 60000 CR for a 3 month stint. Which is tempting considering they can spend much of the time at HQ out of uniform and relaxing.

Jobs are delegated but the unit does have a choice in acceptance. 

If the unit decides not to accept they do fall down the selection ladder.

If they accept it the chances of another offer increase meaning more money.

THey are not on ORC. But the rule is, they must obey all directives given by command once the uniform and mask is on. 

Due to the risk they pose in surrendering they are kept on missions that have straight forward objectives. Typically, kill all of the enemy.
