History of Mallera-9 : Battle for Sub Facility D229
Added 2020-12-16 13:32:27 +0000 UTCOne of the larger unknown battles in the Apex Wars, this operation was for Black Faction to capture a Sub Facility, which is basically just an entrance to Mallera Deep which was being used by CPD to funnel units into the fight.
3 Rotunda's were sent by Jayda to capture it and cut the flow of CPD units to the fight.
It was lightly garrisoned by 25 CPD units but they were quite well positioned to repel any attack.
Expending over 100 units within 50 minutes without even breaching beyond the facilities entry corridor the two remaining rotunda were trapped inside when 3 rotunda (380 plus units) of CPD destined for Mallera Deep arrived in support. For 30 minutes a high intensity slug fest ensued with over 200 Black Faction Standard Combat Units being expended against an equally heavy 160 CPD units.
The final 35 minutes seen the final 50 Black Faction Units picked off with very little losses to the CPD side, who had significant tactical advantage over their black clad enemies.
The final BFC Unit went down as expected, trying to take as many CPD with her as possible
