Some Changes from the old BFC Structure in Place after the Apex Wars. Key differences are the increase in Training sectors which align with a larger recruit pool.
The Training Program is now 9 Weeks after review by Ahna to fill in key capability gaps.
Every Day a Cache passes through recruitment into the HQ Sectors. Around 600 units per week move through.
From the HQ Sectors the units are fed to operational sectors as required.
Approximately 2-300 units per week complete their contract term with approximately 200 per week being expended in business as usual practice.
Spikes in expenditure occur with major operations, which is unavoidable however in Vanessa's plan there is an additional 3 sectors in HQ to accommodate reserve numbers. The units contained in which are referred to as excess.
Unit Lifecycles have been given new designations by Vanessa with new parameters established around the contractual obligations set.
To meet recruitment numbers required Vanessa has also made amendments to the Pay Structures.
The Standard Unit Pay has been increased from 3000CR per day to 4500CR per day, however the effective date has been changed.
The increase in remuneration has resulted in a much higher number of applicants, with a better pool for selection.
