Stolen Combat Unit

However in the case of the "rebellion" in the ranks it is showing that they truly have no choice in what they do and are merely a commodity.
Upon leaving training, this unit was sent to Outpost-8. She was then placed into a combat cycle immediately. In secret her ORC chip was de-commissioned & re-introduced into the CPD network. The Unit was then moved to a secret facility off base with hundreds of other combat units.
CPD & the rebellious commanders from BFC had conspired to build up CPD forces with re-purposed BFC units.
The commanders in turn would be paid alot of money while maintaining an ease of control over their immediate area for Neon Dark Extraction.
Not at any point could they threaten the sectors at HQ which are under the direct control of Vanessa -
But
Vanessa's property is being misappropriated to the enemy,
she views them as hers.
