In the Fragment where Zuvic was successful they have matured and developed a force to compete in numbers with the Standard Combat Units of Black Faction.
In this fragment the attack on the platform by Black Faction failed, with the Standards getting destroyed wholesale by Zuvic who had their forces ready for deployment.
In this Fragement Vanessa, Lani, Phaedra and Kandi were expended in this battle all as Standard Combat units.
Everywhere else Kader Zuvic was able to bring mass numbers of PCUs against Black Faction and CPD targets.
Their success is nothing really special relative to Black Faction, in every case Kader had more bodies to sacrifice for objectives.
