Effectiveness has bee a key focus for Caterina since returning to the zone. Better training and selection criteria has resulted in an improved force projection for the red clad expenders. The combat unit concept for acquiring valuable territory and the resources it possess has evolved everywhere except Black Faction. Losses cannot be avoided, some of them are going to go down. But the Mistresses mindset of swarming with bodies, poorly trained, semi motivated has only opened up gaps for others to exploit. While a CPD Trinities is not going to take on a sector, they can take on a part of that sector in a hard to reach place.

There is a point where it is not economical to hold an outpost when 30, 40 or 100 have been fed into the grinder to try to hold it from CPD. BFC SCUs mindlessly go in , unaware of whats happening, just to be pinned apart from every angle. Sure CPD units go down too, but the weight of how many SCUs they are waxing compared to their losses makes them all the more happy to die for Caterina.
