Hi, I am not sure who you are referring to by your description. Lani is in lots of scenes and has reddish auburn hair, sort of medium length. She was the first expenditure in the film, then appeared as Commander Lani, and was the first unit to be seen in KTS uniform (blue). Sorry if this is not who you were asking about.
