Their main focus is and continues to be the extraction of Neon Dark at the operational Sections.
To Caterina the pursuit of the Outer is a distraction. Some of her advisors have pushed her to consider establishing a Section there however she seems to know what's best.
Factors for her to consider are the material costs aswell as the cost in units.
A leaked report shows a particular large number of Black Faction units and associated units expended within the first few months of the foray into the Outer.
Multiple Skirms where 40 or more units are lost with no definitive gain in territory and no enemy losses.
Facing off with Marauders and Jungle Commandos the BFC Units are nothing short of target practice or easy sport.
