A desperate creature of the deep swims to it, arm outstretched
The second the bare hands of the creature touches the green the white gloved hand clamps down on it.
Money is not always the draw to these companies, adventure is also a factor but the obsession with the company and the leader of the company sets the wheels in motion to join.
Each company operating on Mallera-9 is a brand in its own right and all of them project different values.
People are obsessed with brands. Consciously or unconsciously.
Handbags, shoes, clothing, the perception that comes with the association with those brands gives various feelings to the wearer. This is not by mistake, but by design.
Rationalisation of the decision may look like " I joined Black Faction because its the biggest company there, they pay well and have bases all over the island"
or
"I joined CPD because Caterina is in her growth era and I want to be a part of that, plus they pay really good"
