But at the bottom, the units materialise their superiors ideas.
One of the ideas was strategic road blocks.
Small ineffective forces of combatants to temporarily slow down advances to the point that additional action could be taken.
The problem is however, the resources available to do this are limited.
The road blocks are spread thin.
Real Thin.
So thin that they barely last a few minutes skirming.
