They actually own a website, so they posted the intro and the "post-episode discussion" (it was a group of about four people, give or take) on YouTube and, between those segments, they put a thing that said "Check the description below for the link to the reaction". They would link to a page on their website which had an embedded Vimeo video in it with the episode reaction. You could do something similar, but just substitute a website with your Patreon, and just directly link to the Patreon early release in the description (like this: https://www.patreon.com/posts/my-hero-academia-31730554 ). Just don't open up the Patreon post to everyone until you've uploaded the pre- and post-episode stuff to YouTube.
