Of Patriotism and Unity

I have to thank my upbringing to this island nation of mine, a land I call my home, a land where my family and friends are, this is home truly.
To live in a place that is safe and peaceful is no doubt a privilege, true, it may lack in certain areas but hey, it’s home.
May we carry her flag high, together as one people.

Singapore is a great country! Very privileged having lived here for the last 6 years. No country is perfect, certain civil liberties and tolerance towards LGBT community are an issue here, but a lot of other extremely strong points!
