Jikage Rising v0.2 bug report

1. Missing "ino_bj" picture in Ino's BJ scene.
Status: Fixed
2. Missing "training grounds.png" picture.
Status: Fixed
3. Sakura's level 3 mini game gets stuck.
Status Fixed
Everything above the line has been fixed as of v0.2d
4. Sakura toy scene doesn't work properly after level 3
Status: Fixed the toy
5. Sakura's level 3 scene doesn't register you popping her Cherry
Status: Cherry softened
6. Ino's doesn't wear the correct outfit during the bj scene
Status: Fixed!
Everything above this like has been fixed as of v0.2e!
