- Byleth and Mercedes (Fire Emblem Three Houses) Mercedes wearing valentine themed underwear feeding severa chocolate an overstuffed Byleth with a massive belly wearing only underwear.
- Sun Wukong and Neptune Vasilias (RWBY) both with swollen bellies having an eating competition to see how many they can eat.
- Kanji Tatsumi and Yu Narukami (Persona 4) both aged up on a date stuffing themselves with ramen to find out who can eat more as their bellies keep growing.
- Billy/Wiccan and Teddy/Hulking (Marvel comics) Billy gently feeding an overstuffed Teddy during their honeymoon both in their underwear.
- Inuyasha and Koga (Inuyasha) cuddling shirtless while taking a nap after a huge feast with their enormous guts digests their meals.
