Poll about repeated characters in suggestions

Well like you saw last month something happened with my dear boy Adaman and it's that there were two people suggesting him at the same time, since it's the first time something like that happened i let it slide but i want to know what do you think about the topic, this poll is very important so make sure to vote because the result will have an impact in the rules for the coming months

1) Let repeated characters participate in the poll and be able to win multiple places
2) Let repeated characters participate in the poll but only one of them can win a place (So like if Adaman won both 1st and 2nd place he could only get one of those and the other would be discarded)
3) DON'T let repeated characters participate in the poll, only let the first suggestion sent and ask for the other patron to change their suggestion
