After some chewing on the thoughts, what I'm thinking maybe, is to do it so that all applicable tiers are entered including the nsfw tiers, but the people who win the nsfw raffle for the month are pulled out of the month's sfw running, so that it's more fair to the people who haven't gotten art that month.
And then of course like the nsfw raffle works, the people who won x month are taken out of next month's sfw raffle winning
Does that sound fair?

That's a fair question and definitely something that can happen for sure yeah. I have had a couple of inquiries about sfw pieces for the nsfw raffle before, which is fair enough. It's part of why I wanted there to be a sfw raffle as well! Sometimes people don't want nsfw art and that's perfectly fine too! and you're right that it probably wouldn't feel fair to the others who missed out on an opportunity that month, especially given what the raffle was created for in the first place. I do plan on pulling for the nsfw raffles first, so the best thing that I can think of to remedy this is to offer those people an option. 1) slide into a sfw raffle slot, as if they were rolled for sfw and then reroll the nsfw slot or 2) treat them as if they didn't win a slot at all, put them in the running again for a sfw slot, with no guarantees they will still get picked that month, and reroll the nsfw slot Which would be their choice. i feel like more people will go for option 1 which I fully support and respect!! but in case anybody feels that makes it unfair for the others still, that is an option!

2025-06-26 17:30:40 +0000 UTCvoting for the secret third option but really just trying to get a better understanding of the raffle deal; i do think its fair to make two different raffle draws for both SFW and NSFW, however something i have wondered about is what would happen if both raffles were drawn, and the NSFW winner instead wanted to use their slot for a SFW prize? the problem i see with that is maybe that particular winner didnt have a NSFW prompt for that month and otherwise wanted a SFW piece done, but then if that gets acted upon it just makes people who were hoping for a NSFW piece miss out on that month cos someone else didnt want the NSFW piece done (its me. im the person who doesnt always have NSFW prompts and has been thinking about this exact scenario happening)
