Definitely, a Workout to Tone the Body up, Light weight and a Lot. Mostly, NO Hammy's or Quads were Pulled during the making of this Video. lol! BTW, Perfect Form on the Pull-Backs, Flat Back and Squeezin' those Shoulder Blades together, Tigghht; love it and miss it terribly. Hopefully, you've kept after it and if not, there's a gym just waiting for ya; when you're ready. 🫶🏼🤙🏼
