2 years celebration: who are eligible ?

i.e./1 you start your pledge on November, you will not be eligible
i.e.2/ you cancel your pledge this month and come back the next month, you will not be eligible
Just to be clear Patreon system (the on i've choosen) is "1 month after", i mean if you pledge in November, you will pay in fact the next month (1st dec).
