最近、FANBOXで生成画像を用いた記事（技術解説ではない）を投稿しているアカウントでも凍結されているものとそうでないものがあることに気づきました。

まず凍結されているのはおそらく生成されたものをそのまま大量に投稿しているようなアカウント。これは説明不要だと思います。

そして凍結されていないものとして、生成画像を用いているが、ある程度人力でなにかを付加し、人の裁量がそれなりに介在している成果物を投稿しているアカウント。

あるアカウントは生成画像であることを明記した上で文章や擬音を入れて漫画風にしている作品を投稿している方で、規約が変わる前からずっと投稿を続けられていたようです。あたかも手描きであるように見せかけているわけではなく、絵自体は誰がどう見てもポン出し生成とわかるものです。FANBOXの投稿は画像が添付されているものであれば、スタッフがえっちな部分の修正が漏れてないか目視確認するため運営側も気づいていないということはないはず…。（試しに一週間くらい前に運営に通報してみたんですがアカウントは健在でした）

もともとの規約変更の理由が

「現在のFANBOXでは、生成AI技術により短期間で大量に作成されたコンテンツを販売することのみを目的に利用されることが多く、今後もその傾向はより強まっていくと感じています。それは本来私たちが目指していたサービスの姿とは異なり、このまま見過ごすことはできないと判断しました。」

ということなので、今凍結されていない人たちは「短期間で大量に作成されたコンテンツを販売することのみを目的」としていなかった人たちなのかもしれません。

私自身もそういう使い方はしていなかったので凍結されなかったのかも…。（基本的には自分のために作ったシコネタのおすそ分け、という体です）

自分の場合大量に出すのはテスト的な意味合いが強く、一つのネタを作り込んだり文章を付加したり、Live2Dで動きをつけてエッチ度を爆上げさせる方がずっと好きです。

だからといってそれだけで投稿可否の判断をするつもりはなく、どういうアカウントが凍結されないかなどを俯瞰して、現状の理解度を上げたうえで運営へ問い合わせをしてみようかと思います。

おそらく明確な回答は得られないと思いますが（具体的に質問しても個別の回答はしておりませんで返される）、今後の方向性を決める判断材料くらいは得られるかもしれません。

Recently, I noticed that some accounts that post articles with generated images (not technical commentary) are frozen and some are not.

First of all, the accounts that are being frozen are probably those that are posting a large number of articles as they are generated. I think this needs no explanation.

Then, the accounts that have not been frozen are those that use generated images (and clearly state that they are generated), but have added something manually to some extent and have a certain amount of human discretion intervening.

One account posted works that were made to look like cartoons by adding text and onomatopoeia after clearly stating that they were generated images, and had been posting these works for a long time before the rules were changed. If a fanbox submission has an image attached to it, the staff visually checks to see if any modifications have been made to the echigo-yaki parts, so it is not as if the management is unaware of this.... (I tried this a week or so ago, but it didn't work. (I reported this to the management about a week ago just to try it out, but my account was still alive and well...)

The original reason for the change in terms and conditions was

The current FANBOX is often used solely for the purpose of selling content created in large quantities in a short period of time using generative AI technology, and we feel that this trend will continue to grow stronger in the future. That is not what we originally intended for our service, and we have decided that we cannot let this continue."

So those who are not frozen now may be those who did not use the service "solely for the purpose of selling content created in large quantities in a short period of time.

Maybe I myself was not frozen because I did not use the site in such a way.... (Basically, it's a way to share the shiko material that I made for myself.)

In my case, I prefer to make a lot of stories, add sentences, and add movements with Live2D to make them more sexually explicit.

I would like to inquire to the management after improving my understanding of the current situation, such as what kind of accounts will not be frozen, etc. I will probably not get a clear answer.

I probably won't get a clear answer (even if I ask a specific question, I will get a response saying that I don't give individual answers), but I might at least get some information to help me decide what direction to take in the future.
