However, Oshi No Ko specifically is illustrated by woman since aka wanted to take a step back from drawing after burning out from doing Kaguya. Also fun fact, Oshi no Ko and Kaguya-sama actually take place in the same exact universe, you'll occasionally see references to Kaguya in this show which is dope. Btw this episode and the next couple will animate the best chapters in this manga period, that isnt to say it necessarily falls off after but these next few chapters were deffo peak

That entire insert scene of Melt chasing a star, seeking a passion for the very first time in his life, was entirely anime original and gorgeous. This studio is going so hard when they didn't even have to, but I couldn't be happier.
