Puck was also trying to find Emilia for 300 years and only found her until after she was frozen. This is not spoilers because Puck even has high regard for Satella in Season 1 episode 18 (not the woe Satella) but the kind and caring one in Tea party episode 13 of Season 2. So you can think of since the anime kinda skipped it in Season 2, Satella if haven't totally notice is basically having same treatment as Petelgeuse. Insanity with the authority but before it, kind and caring. For Sirius I won't go into that one. As for Emilia's age, that's completely unknown that even the author confirmed her age is unknown and that was just Subaru's guessing shes just over 114 years ago in Season 2 despite that Emilia was a "child" just over 100 years ago. Since Minerva and Echidna, Puck etc all know who Emilia is, if she was just 100 years ago, then timewise makes no sense. So there obviously magic at play or some kind of prophecy. I will also point out, the flames Sirius was using is same magic Emilia uses which is heat magic, it can both turn into ice or turn it into flames.

She has the same colored eyes as emilia, silver hair, and pointed elf ears. She also mentioned her husband being taken away by Emilia, if you remember, petelguese and fortuna had a little thing going, before he accidentally killed her and went crazy. She could've survived and blamed Emilia for the whole situation.
