The windows version will now be regularly updated as well, but you can still download the "normal" version and replace the files in the Windows Version. We will add a tutorial for this in a few days.
Regarding APK:
Also since we changed the way we compiled the APK versions you might want to export your save-game before you update to the latest APK. This regards switching from 1.0.5.0 to 1.0.5.1. Any version beyond 1.0.5.1 should be compatible to each other again.
