Just finished writing Chapter 6! It took me a while because… we now have 415 new lines of dialogue 😮.
I didn’t plan for that, things just kept going and going. So here are some quick stats:
✅ Biggest chapter so far?
✅ 1/3 of all game images in this chapter alone?
✅ A bit of a “photo hunt” vibe with multiple simple paths?
✅ Your girlfriend still messing with your head?
✅ You're still oblivious to some stuff?
✅ You still have to humiliate yourself and pretend everything's cool?
✅ Still unsure about everything?
😈 Things are escalating… and you’re not sure if you want it to stop.
Now, the bad news:
Since this chapter took way longer than expected, I won’t be able to release it on Friday. 🫤
I’m working hard to finish it quickly, but I still need to review the text, make sure everything runs smoothly in-game, and add the art.
There’s one more thing I need your help with:
I still have to implement Chapter Selection, which will be super important so you can jump back to previous chapters or go straight to the ones you want.
But that feature will take 2–3 more days to finish. So here’s the question:
Should I release Chapter 6 first (you’d need to start from Chapter 1 again), or wait a bit longer so Chapter Selection is ready?
