I know Hypnosis and sexual stuff can be a little iffy for certain people, even if it's fictional characters, and it's in a universe where everything is consensual, so in this case Os was going to do this anyways, and was barely even hypnotized.

No one under hypnosis will do anything they wouldn't be prepared to do in 'normal' life anyway. :) At worst, hypnosis frees up your inhibitions.
