The situation with Pornhub, which still unfinished

Hi, 

I'm sorry to disturb you by this, but I did think long time, before make this post, but a lot time already passed from the moment than, by false DMCA report - my content was removed from Pornhub, and I was banned on about 40 days for such. 

Yes, after this time - my page was restored, but than I did make claim on getting personal data of person, which did make this false DMCA report on me - this make get started another part of *game*, which still not finished.

For last 7+ months I do try to get personal info of person, which did make this false DMCA. I did send my  claim, which was typed by my lawyer - to Pornhub DMCA, to their legal consul, on which I did get message, that they will contact with me shortly, but nothing happend after, and all my next messages was just ignored.

I did not stopped on such, and did type again and again to DMCA tech support about such problem, and did have three conversations with deferent DMCA managers, but everytime, than I said that I already do have all documents about sue, (but not all of them - on English), and said that I can send them, as they is - managers said something like *let me know about this moment from our legal consul, and after - we will contact with you shortly*. And after such words - no any new messages from anyone of them, also as all my next messages also on their mail - get ignored.

And for all this time I just try to undestand:  are they deliberately try to make time and make this situation - no longer relevant for trial (I'm not to good in laws, but maybe on some situations time for filing a lawsuit -Limitation, which  some how Pornhub try to reach), or they just frankly careless employees, which do not know - how make their job at all...

Anyway, I need your advice - that to do in this situation. For this time I did lost  some money on lawyer servicies, did paid for sue already, but all stopped, thanks to Pornhub team. 

I do see few possible ways of such:

- Sue with Pornhub. If I will make such - this will mean ban of my page on their site, but this might be also strike for their reputation, since, in this situation - I will make as more as possible people know about that they did, which sure won't be good for them.

-Just let people know about all of this and leave this situation as it is, but this might bring strike to reputation of Pornhub, and they, as revenge - can ban me also.

- Ignore and try to forget about this situation. Once again agree that world is unfair and never was such, and forget about  my self-esteem, and just keep making my work, as I did before

If you do see any another possible ways to finish this situation  - please - let me know.

P.S.  I did make this message - private, since I do not wish to let person, which make false DMCA report on me - know, that he or she - still in safe, thanks to Pornhub team, which can make him/her motivate make new attacks on my channels, since he will feel him or her self - safe from getting any punishment.
