This honestly encapsulates how I approach things in an online space 100% of the time. If I like something I actively run away from the Fandom 9 out of 10 times.

I’m enjoying the extra content, but I made a Patron account for the sole reason of hearing that discussion. I’m glad I’m able to support them, but I’ve been frothing at the mouth for months waiting for to hear Woolies take.

I would not have watched all 9 seasons of Friendship Is Magic and read it’s associated comics if it weren’t that MLP just IS what it’s fandom did to it and how the show runners responded to that. I know that’s a very extreme example though
