I tried yoga and was trained by a professional yoga trainer, but I always wondered how much she was able to endure such a test. She said that as a child she was insanely ticklish. But with the help of spiritual practices she was able to completely take control of her body!
Hmm... is that really true? Let's find out. ๐
P.S. at the beginning she coped very well with the test, but towards the end of the video the most interesting thing began =)
