IN DEFENSE OF DANNY MOMENT ✋😳🤚 I suppose this is spoiler heavy LOL

🔇🔇I forgot to say in the last pages that Danny really is in l*ve with this guy there’s a couple of examples of this exact formula that this scene is in! There a few in chapter 3 there’s several in the future as well but this is a very “danoel” lite(tm) version of it .

It’s like in a long note somewhere on my phone LOL but his affection for Noel is like VERY COMPLICATED he likes to get a rise out of him and get under his skin sometimes because he turns very unchill and un-nonchalant he becomes very “himself” because Noel used to be more expressive and emotional and cry a lot as a kid and those are the times the remembers fondly! Noel isn’t purposefully not acting like scary he just comes off that way because of …..rumors… and other things 😏 but Danny prides himself being the only one Noel is like 100% comfortable with he’s very protective of him in that way as well because Noel is a little NIAVE. At the same time that’s why he takes advantage of him. Danny in return is also as authentic as he can be as a person with Noel! unfortunately that is about hmmmm 65% because Danny has a issues. OH yeah the other side of his conflicting affections have to do with the fact that Noel is so VERY nonchalant that he puts himself in situations where he has a target on his back because of the way he is perceived. He’s irritated with him because he has no issues with being himself even if he comes off as “scary”. I would say this stems from pure jealousy of Noel not caring. Danny changes his personality outside so people can like him why can’t Noel! Uhhh so basically these two issues are opposites of eachother very impossible to solve! Danny wants noel to care about certain things but not care about other things but these are all displaced frustrations to masks Danny’s ACTUAL ISSUE he just wants Noel to only care about him😔🌈✍️ !!!! Idk if you can tell I truly
