It focuses entirely on Frodo and Sam's quest, leaving the rest of the cast mostly out after the first act, but on the other hand, it is the only adaptation to ever feature the Scouring of the Shire in any capacity.

At 13:32 you mention Bakshi's 1978 version of LoTR...but the footage you are showing is actually from the 1980 Rankin/Bass Return of the King.
