After leaving the club he was attacked by a gang, stabbed and slashed with a knife, leaving him with scars. The scars on his face are referred to as a Glasgow smile.

Plus there is the fact that Sutter has used almost every actor for main characters from "The Shield" (the show he was one of the main writers before doing SoA) with the actor who plays Kozic also played Lem and Kohn played Dutch Wagenbach. The actor playing Kohn is so unlikeable in The Shield it made it real easy to hate in SoA.

The club's sergeant at arms, Menace, was played by real-life 1Down MC member, Goldie DeWitt. All bikes ridden by the Bastards were from DeWitt's personal collection. The President of the Calaveras MC was part of the Governor's crew in The Walking Dead.

I highly doubt Cameron left to Belfast legally. He had to have smuggled himself out with Able or flew back from Canada somehow without alarming authorities because he said he was Wanted. Idk.
