Thankfully, I saw it before seeing your spoiler, but you can't be upset with the people who had it ruined for them. Some people wait to watch the shows for the first time with Nikki and Steven, and I think that while the show is discussed afterwards -- it was probably not the best use of your opening statement to immediately recite what happens in the final scene in four words. Nevertheless, I encourage the discussion and appreciate you furthering the conversation on the episode, Red! May just be worth burying the lead with a little more fluff so people don't get anything ruined for them ahead of time.

The skrull impersonating Fury with all his memories was the Fury that got dusted. When the imposter Fury returned with everyone else at the end of Endgame, something happened with him mentally and skrull Fury actually thought he was the real Fury. Hence, everyone saying he isn't the same or the new Fury isn't up to it. I predict that the real Fury will be found and this skrull Fury will rescue him and sacrifice himself.
