Yall really missed things if you think Daemon wanting to be king is out the blue she asked if he accepted her as his queen he never answered and ran off the he kept having people call him your grace which is a title for the ruling King or Queen not the person they married everything has been leading to him wanting to rule

2024-07-16 19:04:56 +0000 UTCDaemon was singing to Vermithor in the Season 1 Finale. "Balerion The Black Dread" died from old age before "HotD", at around 208 years old. Viserys was his last rider. He was the biggest 🐉 to ever fly over Westeros. Vhagar is "Balerion's" Sister. The big 🐉💀 in the cellars of the "Red Keep", belongs to "Balerion". I am pretty sure that the 🐉, 🌞🔥 is still alive recuperating in the woods. They just didn't have anything big enough to transport "🌞🔥The Golden" back to King's Landing. I could be wrong however. When I watched the scene of them parading Meleys's head through the City, it reminded me of them sewing The Dire🐺, Grey🌬's head onto Robb Stark's body and parading him around the "Twins". The 🐉 head also reminded me of when Meleys turned her head and looked Rhaenys in the 👁, as she was dying and about to fall from the sky. I think Daemon was dreaming about having sex with his Mother, Alyssa Targaryen, because she looked very similar to Viserys's Wife, Aemma Targaryen maiden name was Arryn), and he had always coveted Viserys's Wife. And, I was thinking the exact same thing about Anakin Skywalker. My 🐕🦺 (a Pitsky), is named Anakin. I feel your sorrow, Nikki. The 🐉s feel real to me as well. 😭🤬🤮😭🤬🤮😭🤬🤮😭 🔥🐉🔥🐉🔥🐉🔥🐉🔥🐉

2024-07-15 15:07:03 +0000 UTCHer claim is literally based off the knowledge her father passed down to her and that alone is worth her pursuing her claim as heir. Rhaena went with 4 eggs its better if she try to claim a hatchling. Rhaena along with Rhaenyra's other children are the failsafe if they all should die its better they try to find someone loyal and replaceable to try and ride these dragons but it is a risk/reward scenario. A very big risk with a possible very big reward. Also they are bigger dragons, but Rhaenyra and everyone else will have more training with dragons then any newcomer will, knowing the language etc. There is no other option for Rhaenyra at this the point. She can abdicate the throne to Aegon/Aemond and light the prophecy her father spoke of up in flames, and condemn all of humanity to the great winter without a "A king or queen, strong enough to unite the realm against the cold and the dark. " That definitely doesn't describe Aegon, but someone could make an argument Aemond might be a contender for the prophecy.
