The coolest thing about Old Loki conjuring Asgard (which obviously makes him insanely powerful) is that he has been in isolation for who knows how long, thousands of years? And his Nexus Event was when he finally decided to go home but the TVA took that from him. So, with his final act he conjured his home from memory, just to see it one last time.
