I love Book of Boba Fett. This show really went cyberpunk. Then again, the original George Lucas Star Wars are one of the founding fathers of the Cyberpunk genre. Robert Rodriguez is my favorite and inspiration on me as an inspiring filmmaker. When it comes to news and trailers for Marvel tv shows and Book of Boba Fett, I ignore them as much as possible. I like to go in knowing little as possible. I want to be surprised. Trailers should be treated like a free sample. Not 2 1/2 3rds of a burger. I'm sure my math is way off, but you know what I mean. The latest Doctor Strange trailer pisses me off because they reveled too fucken much and dipshit media exposing those spoilers I liked to have seen when I saw the fucken movie. But I digress. I would of love to see Fennec and CAD Bane have a showdown, but that was meant for Boba. I was expecting Madalorian season 3 to focus more on Din finding more Madalorians ans exploring more on those who never take their helmets off and those who do. Like episode 5 of Boba Fett should of been the season premiere of The Madalorian season 3 where he meets up with who's left of the Madalorians, but it was more like a prelude to the new season. Princess Leia didn't get permission to kill Jabba lol. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

2022-02-21 11:41:39 +0000 UTCI think The Book of Boba Fett was better for star wars viewers who have a vast knowledge of the entire star wars universe(including bad batch, clone wars, & rebels.) Nearly every person I saw react to The Mandalorian season 2 were like "What, Boba Fett getting his own show? how is that gonna work?" and I think what Steven said was obviously the right answer(Boba Fett was way cooler in the Mandalorian) so he's a side character(no matter what people want to say.) I saw this project as a side chapter to the overall arc and that's why I loved it. There was so much to unwrap around the 7 episodes. The main thing about Boba Fett to me was seeing how he got to where we caught up to him in Mando. The flashbacks were the main core of this series from Boba's storyline imo and the rest(episode 5-7) were the set up for Season 3 of mandalorian and wrapping up the Pikes/Book of fett short story.) Cad Bane was just the bow on a perfect gift to me. I also don't see any problems whatsoever with Grogu and Mando getting reunited in this short story series. If season 3 of Mando was about that instead of what it's likely to be(Mandalore, dark saber, etc) I would've been very disappointed. Feels like a perfect set up for season 3 and a great tribute to Boba Fett(along with fennec who's a bad ass mother f)
